There’s no denying AI’s power. But it lacks something us humans have by the bucketload – intuition.

Intuition is not a random generator, rather, a tool intrinsic to your consciousness. Your own little red flag mast. When read correctly, this “red flag gut feeling” allows us to be rational, to argue, to scrutinise. Yet, we so often trust our brains over that red flag, largely because we’re able to process 11 million bits of information at any one time, but only a fraction of it is processed consciously.

In 2024, as AI’s influence continues to grow, we must train ourselves to find the sweet spot between reason and emotion and listen to what makes us human — so the sense of the world around us isn’t lost.
